Overall, we were satisfied with the service.
The technicians arrived one hour later than the scheduled time. I had to call to find out where they were when they had failed to arrive after 20 minutes past the scheduled time.I was told that they were dropping off a rug for someone.
I am disabled and I would have appreciated a phone call prior to my scheduled appointment informing me that they would be late arriving to my home.
