I like Chem Dry because it is a fast drying product and the whole cleaning process does a better job than steam cleaning which wets down thru the padding. They also have a great product to spray on for easier clean ups between cleanings. They are a attentive to my needs as a repeat customer, and accomodate my crazy schedule. They never disappoint me!
