Terrible customer service
I live in Lansing and The "gentleman" I talked to, Eric I believe his name was.. absolutely rude. Normally I would not leave a bad review but after talking to the man I've got to warn others not to do business with him, ask for someone else or maybe catch him on a good day I guess. Asking him questions got me nowhere and he made me feel belittled. Never again!
