My Dad needed to be transferred to a facility near a family member. He was in Memphis and we needed to move him to Chicago. Because of his condition and age he was unable to fly. This created a lot of stress for my family. We call Medlink and they took care of the rest. They returned our call, accommodated our short schedule( less than 48 Hours). The care and concern for my dad and the rest of the family started with Maria when she answered the telephone. Shortly after we scheduled the trip Robin (our scheduled nurse) called back to get additional personal information and made contact with the hospital where Dad was staying. Robin and Maria did a great job contacting both the facilities to make sure everything was went smoothly. The team (Robin, Andrew and Jeremy) arrived on time. They worked well together were professional and courtesy throughout our trip. I can not tell you enough how much stress was taken off my sister and I by these incredible people. We are forever grateful for the team and the service.
