ACC Medlink recently transported my husband from one facility to another, and it was about a 14-hour trip. Customer service set up the whole move for us. There were two drivers, and one medical person in the van. They were very patient awaiting certain equipment that was supposed to go with them, and when I asked my husband how the trip went, he said that he was treated very well. My two nieces on the receiving end, said that they were very satisfied too, with how things went. Going into this, we did not know what to expect, but everything was handled in a professional and caring manner! The van was clean, and the drivers were polite and respectful.
