I've already recommended ACC Medlink to others who are looking for this kind of service. It was for my mother, who is ninety-six and had a recent hip replacement. She was forty-one days off the replacement when we transported her. She was very apprehensive and scared to death of the thought of anyone driving here for eleven straight hours anywhere in her condition. They got her loaded on and everything, and I was at her destination. When she got off, she was smiling ear to ear, and had been talking so much she was hoarse. She had been talking and laughing the whole trip. She never felt scared or worried. They took the best care of her. The nurse who took care of her developed a special bond, and she gave them all hugs when they parted. It was a very positive experience for both of us. The only reason we transported her was because we felt it would be necessary to have a nurse along. I couldn't have made it from Oklahoma to Tennessee by myself. I wouldn't even have been able to lift her. Overall, it was a very good experience, which I've told several different people about. I hope they have an equally positive experience. I will continue to recommend them. I can't imagine how anything could have been better.
