My husband did the research online and found ACC Medlink. I didn't know what to expect. We needed to move my mother who has MS and is completely immobile needed to be moved several states to my home. The entire crew was courteous and kind and were very careful with my mother. They explained everything to her. We did not have any issues or trouble during this trip. They were excellent with her, and they also care for me as well. When we got ready to leave, I asked them to give me a minute because this was the last time that I would be at my mother's house and I needed a minute for that realization to sink in. They were kind and let me have that time. Everywhere that we stopped was well lit and clean.
If I had one suggestion, it would be to have seating that was not facing backwards for the rider. It was a bit difficult to see lights behind you. I turned sideways so that I could look out the side windows. This suggestion has nothing to do with the exceptional service provided and is only intended for those riders that have difficulty riding backwards. This experience, though hard, was made easier by everyone that helped during this trip. I want to thank them for their compassion, kindness, and understanding.
