They let me leave my worries behind! I felt very secure! My father is 94!
Unfortunately, I didn't get his name, but the aide who was with my father during the trip was wonderful. He kept me abreast by texting with me. The whole time, he talked to my father, who has dementia. The sixteen-hour ride was a wonderful experience. I felt comfortable with ACC Medlink during the whole trip, with my father going from North Carolina up to Massachusetts.
