The whole experience using ACC Medlink was top notch. Up front the service was explained clearly. There was a good stream of communication. Medink coordinated with the pickup and delivery locations directly and communicated with me so I always had a good sense of what was going on. At the drop off all 3 of the team members were engaged and active and personable. It was very important to me to get a sense of who they were as people and I got a good vibe from the way they were all working to make my 95 year old mother's transition a comfortable one. Overall I would highly recommend this service to anyone needing long distance elderly or medical related transportation.
