Reviewed summary

Would never recommend this company to my worst enemy. They transported my 91 year old mother from Florida to WI on Feb 10th 2021. Jerry the medic had noticed that He had left a bag with my moms teeth in his vehicle and after we had called him to see if they were left behind he said yes and would mail them out that day which would of been on the 11th (the day when they had dropped my mom off in WI.)Jerry should of called us immediately to apologize his mistake and immediately mailed them out .He did not. We had reached out to him no more than 4 hours after mom was dropped off, which means Jerry knew before 4 hours. He did not mail them out and then we called him back 2 days later after mom was complaining her gums were so sore she couldn’t eat much. He still hadnt mail them out because he said he was to busy. Now there is weather issues by the time he had gotten around to mailing them and as of Feb 19th we still do not have them. I have tried to reach out to Kayla and Mike Peat to try and resolve the negligence and still have not heard from them. Connie Wilson is the only one that I have talked to and she can only help with trying to find the lost package. The negligence is beyond the pale and anyone who decides to use there services be careful. When they had stopped to eat they would not offer her food and so when I had called Jerry about it, he had told my 91yr old mom who was in extreme pain from a broken Femer that he explained everything to her at the hospital and that she would have to tell them when she was hungry., not to mention the ride was really rough on her. When you pay thousands of dollars for this service you would expect for the medic to be more attentive to the sick patient on board and also to make sure that the patient had gotten all her belongings before leaving her at her destination. The only reason they got a two star in service is because they got mom there alive.
