The ball did not get dropped with my experience in using ACC Medlink. They were extremely responsive when I spoke to them about transporting my daughter from North Carolina to Boston, MA. I got a return call from them, but it wasn't to nag or to sell me on their services, but rather it was following up to make sure everything was well with my daughter. There was no hard push, they just let me know what they could do to help. I got the feeling that I could trust these people with my daughter, which was extremely important. I have a tendency to get in the middle of everything, but it was all handled so professionally, I felt comfortable with them. The transport itself went very well, and I felt like the personnel transporting her treated her how I would be treating her. They always kept me informed of everything that was going on. They went the extra level to ensure my comfort and my daughter's comfort. They don't deal with regular transportation, and they have a personal face on their company. They could not have been more gracious. Once they arrived at their destination they let me know that she was safe and taken care of. I was very pleased with the whole experience.
