I found ACC Medlink to be extremely friendly, accommodating, and competent. They kept us informed before the transit, during the transport, and they even followed up afterward. They were very efficient. They transferred my 90-year old mother from Colorado to Cincinnati, OH. I had discovered them through an online search, and my mom was extremely pleased with their services. It was an 18-hour drive, and she had no problems with it. She came out just fine. I had tried contacting four other services, and none of them were taking reservations due to COVID-19, but ACC came through for us. I swear by them and would use them again if needed, for sure.
