From the very initial phone call, ACC Medlink was great to deal with. They were very responsive and they had quotes emailed to me within a few hours. My grandfather changed his mind, so we did not use them right away. But then my grandmother died, and my grandfather decided to go ahead and move, so I called them back. They were immediately ready to go again, so we firmed up the arrangements. They were very personable people and they definitely had my grandfather's well-being in mind. We had been unable to visit him because of the COVID-19 restrictions, but they stopped on their way to the transport vehicle and let us meet with him for just a moment, and we really appreciated that. They were very compassionate people, and we have already shared our happiness with them with other people! They are really good at what they do!
