I reached out to ACC Medlink because my father needed to be taken from New York to Atlanta, and when I contacted them, they were so thoughtful, friendly, and thorough. They were very considerate of the needs of my loved one, and they were very thorough in gathering his medical information and any updates. They got all the info they needed to know for travel purposes, in order to determine what needs he would have for the trip, and I really appreciated that. They arrived on time and were efficient. The gentlemen were very nice and were very attentive and accommodating, and the ride went along nicely. My dad's wife initially looked up the company and sent me their info. I did my own research by going online, looking at reviews, and spoke to different people. I felt confident in what they did, and they made me feel comfortable in using them. I even got a follow-up call after the ride was done, to check up on him, which I thought was very nice and very thoughtful. It was such a good experience and I really appreciated their service. If I ever need this type of service again I would definitely reach out to ACC Medlink again.
