I had a good experience with ACC Medlink, going from Miami, FL to Boston, MA. The transportation itself was comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They were very responsive and paid attention to my wants and need, and always stopped when I needed to eat or go to the bathroom. I will say, I didn't like that there was no bathroom on the bus, but other than that, everything went very well, and I would absolutely use them again.
