I highly recommend ACC Medlink to anyone that may need it! From beginning to end they were extremely professional and did an amazing job. I needed to get my mother transported from Illinois to Boston, and since she couldn't fly I didn't know what to do. I did an online search, found ACC online, and immediately noticed that they had good reviews. I took a risk, didn't go through any other source, and I'm glad I did. They got me all the info I needed immediately, and they handled all the paperwork and information in the transfer from one senior care facility to another. They did an amazing job with my mom throughout the whole overnight drive. They were in constant communication with me, either through text or through calls, they always let me know what was going on. It wasn't easy for her because of her health, but they were so incredibly professional and made sure she arrived here in Boston safe and sound; well taken care of, and well-fed. I am so happy to recommend them to anyone that needs this type of service, and if I am ever in need of this again, I will definitely use ACC Medlink!
