ACC Medlink was instrumental in saving my Mother's life. My Mom was on vacation in New York and came down with a UTI. She went to the hospital and was not diagnosed properly. The doctors there said she had kidney failure and was terminal. We went to New York and felt like they were making a mistake. We made sure my mother was fed and treated. We arranged with ACC Medlink to take her to a hospital at home in Lubbock. The staff were wonderful, it was like having extra family with us. They were so attentive to my Mom! My wife and I were impressed with their highly professional manner, skill, and care they gave to my Mom. They were so friendly and courteous. Their care during the trip was wonderful, they are part of the reason my Mom is alive today. They got us to the hospital quickly and my Mom was diagnosed there with a UTI. She was treated and is now back at home and back to normal. I cannot say enough about ACC Medlink and their wonderful staff. They were an answer to a prayer.
