I needed to transport my Mom from Florida to Illinois, where I live. The people I talked to on the phone at ACC Medlink were very patient with me when I called them. Before my Mom could be moved, I needed time to make arrangements for hospice care on this end. ACC Medlink worked with me for a whole month before I got a firm date. Once they had my Mom settled in the van for the trip, the gentleman texted me every three to four hours to let me know how she was doing and where they were in the journey. They were really nice when they arrived here and I met them in person for the first time. I accidentally left a package in the van and they quickly mailed it back to me. I found ACC Medlink when I was in Florida searching online. My sister thought she could transport our Mom herself, but both the nurse and I thought that having a professional do the transporting made more sense. Our Mom is bed-bound and ACC Medlink traveled with a nurse in the back so she could care for my mother as needed. It was the right decision. All the people on the phone and the people in the van were very nice to my entire family. I highly recommend them to anyone! Five stars!
