ACC Medlink was absolutely tremendous transporting my husband from Arkansas to Illinois. This was an 11-hour ride and they made this trip bearable not only for my sick husband but myself as well. The drivers were fantastic! The EMT that was in the back was amazing with my husband. He made sure to check his vitals, to reposition him and keep him comfortable during this long drive. I really, really appreciate these people and their caring spirit. Very professional and very personable. They not only took care of my husband but they stopped for lunch and made sure that I had eaten and was comfortable during this trip as well. If I ever need another transport I will give them a call first without hesitation! I cannot express enough how well these people do their job and how seriously they take the care of their patients and their families during difficult times!
