This was my first time using ACC Medlink. They did a wonderful job. They transported my Dad from New York to Virginia. The ambulance staff was awesome. They were professional, courteous, and so kind to me and my Dad. When I called to inquire about the service, they were very informative and also kind. All of the staff I had dealings with were very attentive to our needs. They arrived on time to pick us up and it was a super experience. I highly recommend them. They treat your loved ones like family.
