We recently wound up having to have my father moved from a facility in Colorado to be closer to our family in Missouri, so we called ACC Medlink. I spoke with the staff and they made all of us feel so comfortable that we just had to go with them. I actually did not make any price comparisons among other companies because I was so impressed with them. Since insurance does not cover medical transportation like this we just accepted what would be our out-of-pocket expense. In any case, they seemed reasonable to us. The staff coordinated everything so perfectly and made my father feel so comfortable during the whole process. They even took the time to make sure that the new facility that he was being moved to was up-to-date with all of his medical records and files. Everyone at ACC Medlink was so courteous and explained everything to me so patiently even though I had so many questions. We are very pleased that we used ACC Medlink that we will be recommending them to everyone out there who needs this type of assistance. They made it so easy for us!
