ACC Medlink does a wonderful job and I would recommend them to anybody. I looked around before selecting them for the Richmond to Myrtle Beach transfer for my wife. What initially attracted me was that they had a much better price than anyone else. Additionally, a nurse in Myrtle Beach recommended them. But the true deciding factor was the fact that they are owned and run by veterans. I am also a veteran so I was comforted by that knowledge. It was easy to schedule the trip with ACC Medlink and make plans for the pickup from a Richmond hospital. They let me know when they would be arriving and called me when they arrived. They brought a driver and a medical tech in their tall Mercedes van. Then they moved my wife directly from the hospital room into the van. I followed behind in my car. They stayed in touch during the six-hour trip. I always knew exactly where they were. My wife reported that the driver and medical tech were both extremely attentive. They warned her about upcoming turns and bumps, like the railroad tracks in the road. She felt comfortable in their care. Even though I stopped for gas along the way, they waited for me in Myrtle Beach at the skilled nursing care facility. Outstanding care by ACC Medlink. I would recommend them to anybody!
