This was our first time using ACC Medlink. My sister found out about them so we gave them a call when we had to have our other sister transported from a nursing home in Illinois to a nursing home in Ohio. The transportation staff was courteous and friendly. It was just the driver and the attendant. They arrived on time to pick our sister up and made it to the destination in Ohio on time as well. They were kind and respectful of our sister. Using ACC Medlink was a good experience.
