i hired ACC Medlink online, spoke with the coordinators via phone...i did not get a chance to meet the driving or medical personnel, and did not see the vehicle, but everything went perfectly, based on my expectations in speaking with the coordinator...the staff at both the sending and receiving nursing homes told me that my mother was in good spirits when she was picked up in maryland, and delivered in florida...and the other two quotes i received were thousands of dollars higher...fortunately, i will not have to use this service again, but i would highly recommend for anyone needing a loved one moved interstate.
