This was the first time we've used ACC Medlink. We needed to transport my sister. They transported us from Westminster, MD to New Bern, NC. She said it was very comfortable. I rode in the captain's chair. The crew was not only professional, but they were also friendly as well. Plus they were very helpful. They responded immediately when I called. And they were absolutely polite and courteous. I highly recommend ACC Medlink.
