I hired ACC Medlink to transport my mother from Texas to Missouri. First of all, they were on time. They were very accommodating with us from the get-go. They were very encouraging and let us know the whole thing was on our schedule. My mom was still having breakfast and they were just really patient. They told us to relax, that there was no hurry. My mom has dementia and she's also a brittle diabetic, which means her blood sugar can crash either way very easily, so I had been a little frightened to transport her on my own. My sister and I rode with my mom in the back. The nurse who did the medical was very good in checking her blood sugar, working with us, and taking care of her. He offered to switch places with us if we needed a break from being in the back. The drivers were fine with it when we needed to stop. They were really there for us, as they said. Dan, Jeff, and Steve were all fabulous. They were kind, considerate, friendly, and made it an easy experience for me. If you need medical transport, I would highly recommend ACC Medlink.
