ACC Medlink did a fantastic job transporting my Mom. I could not have been more pleased. I talked to a number of ladies in their office and they were very informative and helpful. They emailed me any information I wanted. They were so easy to work with. My sister was at the nursing home when they picked up my Mom and she said they took such great care of my Mom. They were also wonderful, nice and friendly when they dropped Mom at my house. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone. They were very accommodating for my Mom and asked if she had any special needs. A nurse traveled with her and she was great. She was very pleasant even though she had traveled all night getting my Mom to me.
