ACC Medlink provided medical transportation for an older family member from one state to another. They were very professional, attentive, and caring people who really made us feel comfortable on a personal level. The ride, however, was less comfortable. I thought it would be smoother than that, but it was bumpy. My family member has chronic back pain, and that was not good for her, and that is the only negative thing I can say about the experience. But, all in all, ACC Medlink did a very good job. They were personable people, and I would highly recommend them!
