Overall I give ACC Medlink 4.5 stars for service. I had found them myself and called them for a quote which was given to me. The hospital where my dad was also called and was given a quote approximately three days after I received my quote. Our church had also called for a quote. My quote ended up being the lowest and they honored that for me. My father needed to be transported from a Florida hospital to Ohio. They quoted a time of pick up to be 48 hours but did not pick him up until two whole days later, which was fine. My mother rode in the ambulance with my father. I really appreciated that they had a driver and a dedicated medic that attended to my father. They also attended to my mother who got a little bit of motion sickness due to the swaying of the ambulance. They were really good to my parents. The trip itself took 16 hours with them stopping four times. My parents were well taken care of and I really appreciate that they treated them with excellence!
