ACC Medlink was outstanding in every respect! They couldn't have done a better job or provided more thorough service! My mother needed to travel from Boston to Boynton Beach, Florida. But it wasn't simply a one-step journey. ACC Medlink had to stop first at the facility where my Mom was living, then take her to the hospital. After she checked in to the hospital, they transported her to a different part of the hospital for testing. Then they coordinated where to pick her up, which was different from where they dropped her off. Finally, ACC Medlink delivered her to the Florida facility. All through this complicated maneuvering, Jackie, the nurse, was fantastic! She was amazing with me on the phone and amazing with my Mom during the entire twenty-six-hour trip south. She stayed right by her side the entire time. Jackie and the team from ACC Medlink did an outstanding job.
