This was our first time using ACC Medlink. We called them during an urgent situation with my mom who needed to be transferred from North Carolina to Pennsylvania. They made the entire process extremely easy. They facilitated everything from start to finish. It was a bed to bed transport, and there was nothing we had to really do. I can't say enough good about their customer service. They kept us in the loop during the entire tranpsort. It was during a time when a major hurricane was hitting the North Carolina area. They even had some logistic issues when the Florida call center was taken out by the hurricane, but the people on the road did stay in contact with us. Once they got my mother to the facility here, they did a great job with the transition. They had all the necessary info from facility to facility. They had all the records with them, and it was all just extremely well handled. Both my wife and I are medical professionals, and we have nothing but praise for what they did and how they did it!
