I recently used the services from ACC Medlink and was satisfied with the services but thought that things could have gone better. The way ACC Medlink advertises makes it seem like the travel will be a luxury trip when it is a long way from that, being directly over the rear axle made the drive very loud, and the area I was laying in the back was colder than I had been expecting. All in all, I thought the work from ACC Medlink went well, though I thought they could work on some of their services to better satisfy the customer.
