Stacey , Jenn , Melissa, and Tara. From setting up the trip thru the whole way from pickup to delivery of Grandmother from Durham, NC to Pittsburgh ,PA they made sure all things were in place with caseworkers at both facility's to the safe and up to date transfer. The onboard RN Tanya that was with Grandma was very professional I was able to call to get updates and location since we weren't able to be there on the transfer. I can't say enough about the positive professionalism of the whole company. I would recommend this company for transporting their loved ones which in my book I rate them A++ excellent in all areas.
