We used ACC Medlink to transport my mother from a hospital in New York to assisted living facility in Pennsylvania more than 4 hours away. The team called before they arrived to pick up my mom in New York, where she was unfortunately alone with a bad case of dementia. They called me and asked all kinds of questions, like what's her favorite color, or what she did in her former life. Things that would make her feel more comfortable. I was so glad that they were so supportive because I was in Florida and I was petrified. It was a horrible time for our family to have to do this to her, but the transport crew was so wonderful. They took pictures of her so I could see that she was doing fine. They gave me such peace of mind. We would use them again and again. I brag about them all the time and I work in a big hospital down here. Everyone there was amazing, starting from the intake coordinator who processed my mom's contract. She was able to answer any questions I had throughout the process. The communication and service were absolutey top notch.
