This company does not give you what they advertise. Our trip was lmuch longer than it should have been. The EMT on board was either asleep or distracted the entire trip and had to be woken up for things needed by the patient. My sister and me sat up on one bench the entire trip. We were nevet offered anyplace to lie down. The drivers took the beds to sleep. The vehicle had mechanical difficulties which was okay but the backup landed was horrendous. Our trip ended up being an extra six hours over the usual The driver told us we are sorry and you will be compensated after. It was expensive but worth it if it had been as advertised but it wasn’t. No WiFi. DVD player worked sometimes and only three very old movies available. Dinner was at 1145 pm. So many issues. Afterwards we have been trying to get something from company and calls and emails only answered once in a while. We have been waiting three months for some resolution and still just playing games with us. Total bad experience. I️ talked with several people who have used this service in 2017 and they too are having same issues with the customer service after. Totally dumbfounded as to why they don’t care about this but can tell you that that they gladly took the 6300 plus we paid without isdue
