Strongly discourage you from using this company

In summary:
Quote is for cash only, significant fee for credit card use not disclosed until contract received (and somewhat difficult to find)
They are not as advertised.
Crew was not caring, EMT slept for the first 5 hours of the 11 hour trip. Driver kept earbuds in entire drive. Barely interacted with us. I had to ask/confirm a bedpan before leaving, reluctantly EMT fished one out for me. At the first stop, my mom had needed it, when she was done, I attempted to hand him the bedpan and he told me I would have to take it out and dump it. I was stunned and forced to take the urine out of the vehicle and "dump it". From there I asked for a trash bag and used that. Not once did he offer to assist. Even thanking me at the end of the trip "for making his job easy".
Captains chair is not for family. It is for EMT when he is awake.
Food/Beverage not offered, we had to ask five hours into trip, when EMT woke up if we could get something. 8 hours into trip, stopped for bathroom break, stated would like to get some water and a snack. EMT and driver no where in site when I got to register (they had been there before to make their own purchase) I ended up paying for our snacks. This is not mentioning the bottles of water that I had brought with me.
Safety concerns: Driver was going over 75 mph easily, slamming on brakes frequently. No safety belt for family. Drove with earbuds in, when EMT attempted to get drivers attention, after calling name twice with no answer, EMT crumbled a paper bag up and threw it at the driver.
When we arrived, it was raining, they pulled my mom out of the vehicle, she had to ask to be covered from the rain. They hit her broken, non-weightbearing leg, causing her significant pain and didn't even acknowledge it.
The day after the trip, I called and asked to provide feedback. Melissa called me back, I told her I was also in the healthcare profession and appreciated when customers provided me feedback, as I didn't know what I didn't know about. I proceeded to tell her the summary above, she listened, only asking one clarifying question when I said I was concerned about safety. She jumped in towards the end, after I talked about needing to buy our snacks, after only one meal, and said she would have to call the crew and get their side. She said she would call me back the next day. I did not hear from her. I called roughly every other day and left message after message. I have yet to receive a returned call. I even asked to speak with the owner, or anyone else and I was always directed to Melissa. No voicemail, always just a message.
I can express my disappointment in this company. I am only thankful that I was able to travel with my mom, as I hate to think of what she would have experienced had she been by herself.
