We were disappointed that the accommodations in the transport were not as advertised. There was no bathroom on the transport, no internet service, and the TV consisted of 2 old DVD movies that were of no interest to my 90 year old mother. The 'snacks' consisted of crushed bags of potato chips, and 'meals' were a stop at Popeye's chicken. The family member accommodation was cramped, with no 'captain's chair' to sit in. The attendants were fine and caring, and my mother weathered the trip as well as could be expected. But, given that it wasn't as advertised, it seems overpriced.
