ACC Medlink was absolutely fabulous! When my mother was having health issues, we called ACC Medlink and the nurse took really exceptional care of her. My sister went along in the transport van and they were as close as family by the time they reached the destination. They were so accommodating of my mother's needs and requests! When we got to the hospital, they were really not prepared to accept my mom. They were more focused on finding out information about how she got there than helping her. She needed oxygen and no one in the hospital was helping her with that. But, the nurse took her to an oxygen court in the ER and really, she saved my mom's life. The doctors in the ER were not even aware of what was happening, but the nurse advocated for my mom and I am so grateful. She took care of my mom like it was her own mother. ACC Medlink was everything advertised and more!
