This was my first time using ACC Medlink. I have a 25 year old son who moved to Alabama and I needed him to be transferred to California. He had been abused in the nursing home up there. I spoke to Maria a lot, and she was very helpful and sweet. She's an asset to this company. They transported him in a Mercedez medi-vans and his nurse was Robin. She would call every 5 minutes to see how he was doing. She was really good and took real good care of my son. They made him feel comfortable. The drivers were also great, Mathew and Uncle, very young. I give them 3 thumps up and I was very satisfied with the company.
