My husband is 90-years-old and has a feeding tube and oxygen tank. ACC Medlink came up to the apartment and took him down to put him in the ambulance. It can be difficult but they made it all very easy and nice. They were gentle with him and told him everything they were going to do before they did it. They got him very comfortable for quite a long drive from New York to Maine where we are.

They were extremely courteous, considerate, kind, thoughtful, quiet, helpful, and attentive. I can't speak more highly about them. Everything was great inside the ambulance as well. There was plenty of room for his stuff like his feeding tube, the pole, and his portable oxygen tank. ACC helped pack and unpack and everything fit beautifully.

In my experience where he's been back and forth to the hospital, this is the best experience we ever had. Lots of people thought he was very fragile and that the trip would be too much but he's perfectly fine! I would and will use ACC again in a heartbeat.
