I will not use this company ever again
I had an appointment scheduled and due to the parking situation where I live the carpet cleaner refused to do the job. When I tried to get a neighbor to move his car the person said he was leaving. I found this to be very unprofessional! The next company I had come in had no trouble parking anywhere and they did a FANTASTIC job.
