We spent quite a bit of money at Airport Home Appliance Berkeley for our four piece kitchen set that included a microwave, dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator and we were so upset when the items arrived. When they came to deliver the appliances, we ended up having to buy additional pieces for our fridge and dishwasher because they didn't bother to tell us in the store that our $4500 fridge didn't come with a water line and our dishwasher didn't include a grill and kickplate. I had to fight tooth and nail for them to get someone to come back that week to install these things and it cost me an additional $110. They had no sympathy for me and basically told me that I was on my own.
The sales people at Airport Home Appliance were very misleading. Their expensive appliances don't come with all the necessary parts to make them work properly so you end up having to buy extra parts after they deliver them to your home and they don't bother to tell you. You wouldn't buy a new car and have used tires on it, it would come with brand new tires. They should really be up front with their customers and assist them with all the information that's necessary when it comes to which parts they will need. If you're thinking about buying from them, make sure to ask if you'll need to buy additional accessories for your appliances because you probably will.
