I like my frig, and the sales guy was good, but he had a guy selected to deliver / install it that appeared to be incompetent for anything that might be out of the ordinary. The tried to deliver it during a rainstorm, and went to the wrong house. The phone went out so they could not call. The house number is marked, so there is no excuse. The second time he tried, he claimed it would fit, but it would be a problem. I understood that as he was going to ding my walls up, so I said that was ok. The third time (now a different frig) they did deliver, get it in, but did not do a good in that it sticks out, it is a built-in and some modifications need to be made. I will make them.
Bottom line: ask many questions about the installation, buy the pre-measurement package so the idiot installer can't tell you it won't fit.
I will buy again from Airport, but will be cautious about using their installer.
