Jean Farasat is fantastic! He not pushy at all like some sales people. I have purchased a number of items now site unseen because I just can't get there. We live in Menlo Park and met Jean when he was working in Redwood City. We always go to the San Jose store or call him when we need an appliance. We will not shop with any one else. Some of the other employees could learn from him! He really knows how to take care of his customers!
