Delivery company did not give the standard 30 minute heads up, even tho I had even requested one hour, as suggested to me by the delivery scheduler secretary. Instead they called to say, "We are here now" and then would not wait the 35 minutes it took me to get home. They even called while I was on my way for an ETA, which was the same. They just took off early and never called me to say they left. They made me drive all the way for nothing. Total disrespect for the customer. The sale was immediately cancelled, needless to say.
