I was very pleased with our sales person James. He didn't rush us and answered all our questions. Unfortunately, we didn't measure correctly and we had to refuse the washer as it didn't fit. James called us right back and asked us what we wanted to do. We ended up postponing and rescheduling the delivery. Airport Appliance really worked with us to get it right.
