On 1/17/16, my wife and I ordered a new Quinn mattress and foundation from Genieveve. We had a definite deadline for delivery of 1/28, since my Mom was coming from out of state to visit in our home and we had no bed for her to use. Although our set had to be ordered, Genieveve went the extra mile to make sure we had them delivered in time. The mattress was in stock, but getting the foundation in time required extra work on Genieveve's part; she really came through for us and got it delivered a day ahead of our need.
My wife and I own a company in a highly competitive service business, and we recognize an excellent job of customer service like we received from Genieveve and Airport Appliance when we see it!
