When we purchased an ElectroLux washer, we ran into problems with the delivery company that airport uses. My husband asked them to stay on premises long enough for the spin cycle to start, but they were unwilling to do that. And sure enough, during the washer's first cycle we had an electrical problem. Had they stayed, this issue could have been sorted out the same day.
Another problem we experienced is that our salesperson neglected to write up switching the door orientation when she wrote the delivery order. We purchased that model because of the adjustable door feature so it was frustrating to get the machine delivered by drivers not capable of making that adjustment. More attention to detail would have helped!
