Lyla Vo provided excellent customer service. She was extremely knowledgable on all the appliances we were looking for. She knew every detail about refrigerators, stoves, washer dryers, everything we asked about. She was extremely courteous, patient and respectful. Lyla even went out of her way on her day off to place an urgent order for me. We really appreciate her help.
