Everyone at Black and White Auto was friendly and quick. I was sick at the time, so they were in communication with my girlfriend. They helped her set everything up and got her a rental car to use. They also made sure she knew what was going on. They were one day ahead of schedule and got us my car early.

Not only had they done a great job in terms of the body work, they also cleaned the inside and out of the car. It looked brand new. They really did such a wonderful job and I was so happy to get my car back.

I would highly recommend them. I was very pleased with everything: the customer service, the quote, their communication, and timeliness. They were very focused on their work. Also, they worked with my insurance company as well as the other party's insurance company so that I didn't have to deal with any of that. All and all I am extremely pleased.
